Welcome to Alessandra Exclusive! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Alessandra Exclusive membership program. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
- Membership Eligibility & Enrolment
Membership in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. Membership is free and no purchase is necessary to join. Membership Accounts must be held by only one individual and cannot be transferred or shared. Each member must only have one account only.
Individuals can join by setting up an account on alessandra.com.au. When creating an account, members must ensure that all provided information is accurate and complete. Alessandra reserves the right to deny membership to any customer who does not comply with the enrollment procedures. Members should promptly update Alessandra with any changes to their personal account details, such as name or email address, by logging into their account on alessandra.com.au and making the necessary updates.
- Membership Benefits
As a member of Alessandra Exclusive, you will have access to exclusive benefits, including:
- Points to accumulate and redeem on our online store alessandra.com.au only.
- Exclusive & early access to promotions and deals
- Perks associated within membership tiers.
- Points Accumulation & Redemption
Members can earn points for every purchase made online at Alessandra's official website. Points are awarded based on the total amount spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future online purchases. The redemption value of points and the minimum points required for redemption are determined by Alessandra and may be subject to change. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or accredited to purchases made in-store. Points accumulated online also are unable to be used in-store due to software restrictions.
- Marketing & Communications
Alessandra will communicate with members through email, SMS, and other channels about special promotions, offers, and more. These channels will also be used to inform members about their tier status, eligibility for benefits, program changes, and other important updates. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing or promotional communications, Alessandra may still send you non-marketing emails, such as those concerning your account or ongoing business relations.
It is the member's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date with Alessandra. Failure to do so may result in missing out on benefits or a change in loyalty tier status. Alessandra is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated member information.

Points can only be accumulated and redeemed through online purchases made on the Alessandra website. Points cannot be earned or used for in-store purchases.
- Account Management
Members can view their points balance and transaction history by logging into their account on the Alessandra website. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their account information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Expiration of Points
Points will expire 24 months from the date they are earned. Members will be notified via email before their points expire.
- Program Changes and Termination
Alessandra reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to members via email or through the Alessandra website.
- Limitation of Liability
Alessandra will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Program, including any errors or omissions in the Program’s operations.
- Returns
Returns must be processed according to Alessandra’s return policy. When an item is returned, the spend amount that was credited towards the member’s tier status from the original purchase will be deducted from the member’s account.
- Tier Status
The Alessandra Exclusive tier status is determined solely by the amount spent by customers using the email registered with a membership account on alessandra.com.au. All customers will start their Alessandra Exclusive journey with 200 points upon sign up and no previous purchases can be applied to an Alessandra Exclusive account. Additionally, accounts are not eligible for merging.
