• If you’re a new customer of ours, or you don’t have an account - you can become a member by signing up via our membership page.
• If you have an existing account with us, simply log in, start shopping & enjoy!

• $1 = 1 Point
  
• You can redeem 500 or 1000 Points at a time.
  500 Points = $25
  1000 Points = $50
  
• Points can be redeemed on Full Price orders over $150

Once you have logged in you will see how many points you have accumulated by clicking the membership icon on the bottom left corner of the screen. Points will automatically be issued once your order has been paid for.

If you're unsure, feel free to get in touch and we can have a look for you.

• Once you log in, you will be able to see the Membership Program Panel. This will show you the amount of points and rewards you have available.
  Please note, only first time customers would have received a $30 Welcome Voucher that can only be used on full priced items over $150.
  
• If you are in the Indulge or Devote tiers you would have received your discount code in your email, upon entry to the tier.
  Or select "Your Rewards" in the Membership Panel to see redeem your tier rewards.
  
• The Membership Panel is located on the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

Explore Tier: Your $30 welcome offer is valid for 6 months only.

Devote & Indulge: Tiers are rewarded by yearly spend. The discount rewards in each tier are valid for 12 months only, before your tier is re-assesed and rewards are re-issued.

If you need to return an item your points will be deducted upon the return. After your return has been processed - if your yearly spend is within the current tier requirements you will remain in that tier until you meet the yearly spend for the next tier.

Your points will start to accumulate upon the launch of our Membership Program. Any purchases made prior to this will not contribute to your points.

Your points balance will expire if there is no activity within the 2-year period of the last activity.

Unfortunately purchases with our stockists will not be added to your membership account. Only direct purchases made via our website will be linked to your account and rewarded for through Alessandra Exclusive.

When you entered the devote tier, you would have received an email with your exclusive discount code. If you're unable to locate this, please get in contact with us.
