Prices and Discounts

• All prices are as marked.

• Items already reduced by more than the current site wide discount, are considered sale items and will not receive any additional discount.

• Further discounts are automatically applied to eligible items at checkout.

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, membership rewards, loyalty points, or promotional offers.

• Discount codes can only be applied to Full Price Items. Our End Of Year Sale offers not in conjunction with any other offer.
  
  
• If you have purchased something that has later gone on sale, been further reduced, or if you have missed out on an offer; we cannot honour the sale or discounted price. Due to the nature of sales and our sale periods, we ask that you stay informed of our sale periods by subscribing to our emails and following our social media to be kept up to date. 
  

Returns

• Discounted made during the End Of Year Sale period (24th December - 5th January)  are eligible for exchange or gift card only.

• Only items purchased full price can be returned for a refund, given that all other return requirements and conditions are met. 
  

• Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

• Our standard returns policy applies to all other conditions.

Orders and Dispatch

• Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be dispatched during this period.

• Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

• Returns are only eligible if the garment is in original condition with the tags attached.

• We highly recommend you purchase Shipping Insurance so that in the event there is a delivery issue, we can offer you a resolution.

General

• All offers are subject to product availability and apply only to items purchased during the stated promotional period.

• Alessandra reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
