Black Friday Terms & Conditions

The Alessandra Black Friday event commences at 8:00am AEDT on Tuesday, 12 November 2025 and concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 18 November 2025.

  • A 30% off sitewide promotion will run for 24 hours from 8:00am AEDT on 12 November.

  • A 20% off sitewide promotion will follow from 13–18 November.

  • Additional one-day-only offers may be promoted. These are valid strictly within the specified timeframe and cannot be applied or honoured outside of that period.

Prices and Discounts

  • All prices are as marked.

  • Items already reduced by more than the current sitewide discount, are considered sale items and will not receive any additional discount.

  • Discounts are automatically applied to eligible items at checkout.

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, membership rewards, loyalty points, or promotional offers.

  • Discount codes can only be applied to Full Price Items. Our Black Friday Offers are not in conjunction with any other offer.
  • If you have purchased something that has later gone on sale, or if you have missed out on a sale period, Due to the nature of sales and our sale periods we cannot honour the sale price. To stay informed of our sale periods, we ask that you subscribe and follow our social media to be kept up to date. 

Returns

  • All purchases made during the Black Friday promotional period are eligible for exchange or gift card only.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Our standard returns policy applies to all other conditions.

Orders and Dispatch

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched during this period.

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

  • Returns are only eligible if the garment is in original condition with the tags attached. We highly recommend you purchase Shipping Insurance so that in the event there is a delivery issue, we can offer you a resolution.
