1. Eligibility:

   • Entry is open to Australian residents only.
   • Entrants must be 18 years or older.

2. Promotion Period:

   • The promotion runs for 7 days, starting at 12:01 am 7/12/24 and ending at 11:59 pm 13/12/24 (AEST).

3. How to Enter:

   • To enter, make a purchase on Alessandra's website during the promotion period.
   • Each purchase counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed; one purchase equals one entry.

4. Prize Details:

   • One winner will receive a KitchenAid stand mixer (model and color may vary).
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place on [date], and the winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours.

6. Claiming the Prize:

   • The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize.
   • If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

7. General Terms:

   • Alessandra reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
   • Purchases made outside the promotional period will not qualify for entry.
   • Alessandra is not responsible for any technical issues that may impact entry submission.

   • Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

   • Alessandra reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

1. Promotion
   Offer ends midnight 10/12/24.  While stocks last. A qualifying purchase of $350 AUD or more must be made in a single transaction on the 10th of December 2024 to qualify for the free jewellery valued at up to $269.00 AUD
2. Returns
   If you are returning your order the free jewellery MUST be returned back as well (in its original condition and unworn) to receive a refund or credit note. You will otherwise be charged for your piece of jewellery. 
3. Selection
   Jewellery is selected at random during our dispatch process. Customers will not be able to select the item from our website or specify a preference. A qualifying purchase of $350 or more must be made in a single transaction to qualify for the free jewellery.
