When will my order be dispatched?
During a promotional or sale period, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
There is no guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed after it has been placed, particularly during busy periods. Should you need to cancel your order, please locate the chat button on the bottom right of your screen, and select “Track and manage my orders” to make a request.
Can I place a phone order?
During our busy periods we ask that you make any purchases online only.
Returns
As per our return policy, any items purchased on sale or with a promotion can be returned for an exchange or gift card only. Items tagged as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Can I use my Membership Discount & Rewards?
Membership rewards, points and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, therefore cannot be used on already discounted items.
Do I get a further discount on Sale items?
Prices are as marked, and there will not be further reducts on “Sale” items.
