Shipping

Alessandra offers shipping for a flat rate of $10 on all domestic orders.

All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

Alessandra operates 9.00AM – 5.00PM Monday to Friday with the exception of Australian public holidays.

You will receive an email confirming your order is placed. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an additional email to let you know it is on its way.

Please note we are unable to ship to a PO Box.

For metropolitan areas, your purchase will be delivered within 3 business days from date of dispatch. Please allow a further 2 days for locations outside metropolitan areas. International deliveries are price on application.

Important information:

We are unable to redirect orders once item/s have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

Orders are subject to stock availability.

If items ordered through our online store are no longer available or in the event we are unable to fulfill your order Alessandra will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund or an exchange for a suitable alternative. Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any full priced item from Alessandra within 14 days if the tags remain intact and in place. Returns outside these timeframes may only be accepted at the discretion of Alessandra.

Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original packaging and labelling in good condition.

Returns & Exchange On Sale Items

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange Sale items. We recommend placing a separate order for your correct size and we’ll process a refund for your original order once it’s received.

Faulty Items

Alessandra considers items as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs.

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible Alessandra will repair faulty items.  You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Refunds

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Payment & Security

Alessandra accepts all credit cards & Paypal as payment method at the checkout.

If using Paypal at the checkout you will be redirected to the Paypal website to log into your account and will be returned to the Alessandra website to finalise your order.
